The title of the research project is Strengthening Synergies in Defence and Civilian Cybersecurity, running from June 2024 to May 2026, 308.000 Euros.

  • Arpad Todor  – Application through the Euro-Atlantic Center for Resilience to POCA, call no. IP25/2022. The title of the research project is Enhancing Analytical and Administrative Capacity for Implementing Resilience Dimensions in the Functioning of Central Public Institutions (REZILIENT), conducted from March to December 2023, 589.000 Euros.

  • Arpad Todor  – Application through the Euro-Atlantic Center for Resilience to 101178789 — EVOSST — HORIZON-CL2-2024-TRANSFORMATIONS-01. The research project is titled Evaluation and Valorization of Social Services for a Sustainable Transition (EVOSST) and will take place from January 2025 to January 2028. Position held: Project Director/Research Coordinator, 206.875 Euros.

  • Raluca Grosescu – Short-term individual fellowship at the Institute for Advanced Studies Paris, focusing on Business and Human Rights at a Global Level (June 2024). The fellowship will advance Grosescu’s research and facilitate collaboration with French researchers to promote Franco-Romanian scientific cooperation, 15.000 Euros.

  • Miruna Butnaru-Troncotă  – Winner of the international CRDF Global competition on the theme "Disrupting the Rise of Disinformation Campaigns in the Biological Sphere Through Grants and Mentorship". The project, From COVID-19 to the war in Ukraine – disinformation’s impact on Romania’s national security between 2021 and 2022, was declared a winner in March 2023. The project runs for 5 months and will result in a policy analysis on disinformation. It will include collaboration between 2 senior researchers from SNSPA and 2 young PhD candidates, 10.000 USD.

  • Miruna Butnaru-Troncotă  – Application submitted to the national competition of the European Institute of Romania (IER), Strategy and Policy Studies Project (SPOS) 2023. The project, The European Integration Process in the Western Balkans – Romania’s Perspectives and Orientations, is coordinated by Miruna and runs from June to October 2023. The research will produce a 70-page foreign policy analysis, to be published open access on the IER website, 6.000 Euros.

  • Damiana Oțoiu  – Individual research fellowship in the research residency program, organized in collaboration between the Woodrow Wilson International Centre for Scholars (Washington DC) and the Romanian Cultural Institute (Bucharest, 2023). The research project is titled It seems as if biology is once again the factor used to identify who is whom… The Repatriation of Colonial Museum Collections and Knowledge Construction in the Genomic Era, 14.000 USD.

  • Damiana Oțoiu - Individual mobility project within the call PN-IV-P2-2.2-MC-2024 (PNCDI IV - Program 5.2 - Human Resources, Subprogram 5.2.2 - Mobility instrument, Mobility Projects for Researchers), project code: PN-IV-P2-2.2-MC-2024-0275.
